Rahul manages the operations of Chadha & Co., a leading Indian corporate and commercial law firm specializing in advising foreign companies on their India entry and on legal and regulatory issues that impact them as they conduct their business in the country. The firm acts for a large number of Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium enterprises from across the world.

Rahul's areas of expertise include advising clients on entry strategy and structuring investments, regulatory issues, taxation, corporate governance, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, private equity/ venture capital, technology and infrastructure.

Rahul is a member of the board of directors of the Indian subsidiaries of several leading multinational companies. He is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and an associate member of the American Bar Association.
